I bought these as a way to supplement my meals, as well as get more fiber and protein. First of all, these bars are fairly nutritious. They are made of natural ingredients and whole grains, just like the cereal. Each bar contains 6g of fiber and 9g of protein. Considering most people in the United States don't get enough fiber, that is a very decent amount. Previously I was eating the Fiber One Bars Oats & Chocolate, 5-Count Boxes (Pack of 6). While you get 3g more fiber in those bars, you only get 2g of Protein. The Kashi bars are made of better (and more nutritious) ingredients, and they taste better as well. Each bar has only 180 calories, but they are very filling due to the fiber and protein.
Although a bar made of brown rice and oats doesn't sound very tasty, these are some of the best bars I've tried. As the name implies, they're not chewy, but not too crunchy either. Below is the main nutritional info:

I had to lose weight for medical reasons and incorporated Kashi products into most of my meals and snacks. The GOLEAN bars are great! I wish Amazon would sell a wider variety! High in fiber, and low in calories! Not good for diabetics, but good for a meal replacement.

For those of you on WW - this 1.76 oz. bar is only 3 points (6g fiber, 180 cal., 5g fat). I find enjoying a bar at 7 a.m. with a serving of 2% milk, then a piece of fresh fruit at 10 a.m., carries me to my Noon lunch. Enjoy!

I bought these for busy days at work when I don't have time for lunch, and to lose a little wieght. The chocolate makes them taste like a treat, not a diet. And they're high in fiber and protein, so a good option as a meal-replacement. Plus, they're delicious! I look forward to my bar each day.

I recently purchased a case of these for myself, and was surprised to find out that my children prefer these to rice krispies treats. They love the chewy texture and sweet taste, and it makes a convenient breakfast on the go or after school snack. I like the fact that these are whole grain and convenient to take anywhere. The price at Amazon is amazingly low compared to the grocery store!
