If you are looking for a healthy alternative to Fiber One, try this. It has 6 g of fiber and milled flaxseed. Too bad Amazon isn't carrying it! The shipping here is outragous! 7.00!!!!

This is my FAVORITE hot cereal! Throw a handful of raisins into the pot and you have hot, homemade, heaven! With the cold mornings/days this is a PERFECT way to start the day.
